Stair Cleaning

CleanScene works with several building owners and housing associations across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. Communal areas such as stairs naturally take the brunt of the wear and tear of a building. These areas are also the most viewed areas of a building and should be kept in good condition in order to maximise rental potential and, in the case of businesses, create the correct impression of your company to visitors.

HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS

We have worked with many prominent housing associations in the West of Scotland. We pride ourselves on these long associations and believe it attests to our professionalism and standard of customer care. We know every housing association is different and we will work to tailor our service to your exact requirements.

CONTRACT STAIR CLEANING

As with all our cleaning services, we can operate on a one-off basis, or agree on a regular contract to suit your needs. We understand every business is different so we do not have set packages. We can deliver exactly and only what you need so you can call CleanScene, safe in the knowledge you will never pay more than you need to.

ONE-OFF, DEEP STAIR CLEANS

Every property is different but the well-travelled staircases can all benefit from a good spring clean now and again. We can provide a comprehensive one-off clean, whatever the reason. We can clean at a time that minimises the impact on your building and its users.

WHY IS RECYCLING IMPORTANT?

We recycle over 95% of the waste we collect, here’s why that’s a really important number:

Opting to use recycled materials in the production of a product uses significantly less energy than sourcing, extracting and refining raw materials, even when you factor in the costs of transport and the recycling processses themselves.

Recycling reduces the need to further strip the planet of its rapidly dimishing natural resources. For every fresh resource taken from the Earth, there is extra energy required and accompanying air and water pollution, to one degree or another. Reusing and recycling material is a key process if we, as individuals and organisations, seek to do what we can to protect the world for future generations.

Our recycle where possible policy helps contribute to the national campaign to reduce the UK’s levels of landfill. Recycling converts unwanted materials into fresh resources that can be used in many different manufacturing processes. Every item we recycle is one less that goes to landfill. These mountains of unwanted goods, much of which can be recycled and reused, are spread over 1500 site across the UK. These sites produced 35.6% of the UK’s methane emissions in 2010. Methane is a key contributor to climate change and anything we can do to limit its production is vital for future generations.
